Philadelphia man held in western Pennsylvania on drug, weapon charges
A Philadelphia man was arrested in Cambria County Thursday after police there say they found him in possession of drugs, drug money and a loaded gun.
A Philadelphia man was arrested in Johnstown, Cambria County, on Thursday after police there say he was found in possession of drugs, drug money and a loaded gun in a housing project apartment.
Anthony L. Woods, 26, is charged withmanufacture of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat reports.
Police seized a stolen .380-caliber Sig Sauer handgun, 1.5 pounds of marijuana, a box of bullets and $900 believed to be proceeds from drug trafficking while searching an apartment where they allegedly found Woods smoking a blunt.
Woods is being held in Cambria County jail on $100,000 bail.
