The Philadelphia Police Department Violent Crimes Task Force, together with the FBI, are seeking the public's help in located a fugitive wanted in connection with two armed carjackings.
Investigators said Joshua Gutierrez, 22, along with several unnamed accomplices, threatened two men at gunpoint and stole their vehicles, wallets and phones during two separate incidents June 7 and June 8.

Gutierrez is described as 5-foot-8 inches tall and 160 pounds with a tattoo on his left forearm featuring the faces of two clowns, bracketed by the words "That's Life."
His last known addresses were on the 4700 block of Shelmire Avenue in Holmesburg, the 500 block of East Ashmead Street in East Germantown and the 2700 block of Waterloo Street in Fairhill.
Gutierrez is considered armed and dangerous.

There may be a reward for information leading to the suspect's capture.
