Philadelphia police early Saturday morning arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl as she walked in Wissinoming Park.
Investigators said the girl was shortly before 2:30 a.m. approached by an unknown 26-year-old man, who grabbed her phone and bag.
The man then allegedly pushed the victim and sexually assaulted her.
Authorities said he fled on foot with the young teen's phone.
The victim flagged down a passerby, who called police.
