UPDATE, 3:45 P.M.:Two women and one man have been charged with murdering 40-year-oldFrank Zarzycki and using a hatchet to chop off his head, arms and legs and throwing it all into the Schuylkill River, police said today in a press conference.
Police said it was a botched robbery. They've charged Stephanie Foulke, Keith Tolbert and Angel Weston.

Zarzycki was visiting an apartment on 11th and Locust streets when the trio allegedly tried to rob him. He was beaten and hit with a Taser-like device. Police said, in a panic, the suspects cut off the victim's body parts, put them in a bag and then threw the bag into the river. The apartment is known for prostitution, police said today.

UPDATE, 10:10 a.m.: Philadelphia police have confirmed the dismembered body found in the Schuylkill River on Tuesday morning was missing Northeast Philadelphia man Frank Zarzycki, 40, of Endicott Street.
The body was missing its head, arms and legs.
Police recovered a bag containing Zarzycki's torso from underneath a bridge off the 3700 block of Grays Ferry Avenue. A fisherman reportedly had found the body.

The dismembered body of a Northeast Philadelphia man was pulled from the Schuylkill River Tuesday morning.
The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Frank Zarzycki, NBC10 reports.
Zarzycki had been missing for about a week. A fisherman found his torso in a bag in the river about 8 a.m. Tuesday.Zarzycki's head, arms and legs had been cut off.
Police were searching a building at 11th and Locust streets in Center City on Wednesday night in connection with Zarzycki's killing, according to the report. The Northeast Philly man reportedly had been spending time at a second-floor apartment there in the days leading to his death.
