Police have identified the suspected shooter and arrested a second teenager in connection with Friday's shooting at Delaware Valley Charter School.
After reviewing surveillance video from Friday's shooting police arrested a second teenager,Donte Walker, 18, of the 5600 block of North Sydenham Street. Walker was charged for selling a black handgun used in the shooting at the school at 5201 Old York Road. Walker is a 2013 graduate, police said.

Raisheem Rochwell, 17, of the 7400 block of Rugby Street, turned himself in to police on Saturday. He will be charged as an adult.
Police said the video, which was found and reviewed last weekend, shows Walker selling the gun to a yet unidentified man, who then passed the weapon in the school's gym to Rochwell.
Rochwell was apparently a target in a planned after-school brawl, "and may have requested the gun for that reason," police said.
Police said Walker concealed the gun and brought it into the school building before the purchase. Since he entered as a guest, he was allowed to avoid the medal detectors, police said.
Rochwell is suspected of shooting two students, a female and male, in the arms about 3:30 p.m. Both were treated for nonlife-threatening injuries.
Walker was charged with violation of the uniform firearms act, conspiracy and related offenses.
Rochwell faces aggravated assault, violation of the uniform firearms act, reckless endangerment, bringing a weapon onto school property and other related charges.
