Police said that the 8-year-old boy who went missing from his East Mount Airy home yesterday has been located at a neighbor's house.
The mother of Manuello Marzzallino, 8, filed a missing persons report at 6 p.m. after her son disappeared from their home on the 8200 block of Williams Avenue yesterday. She noticed he was missing at 10 a.m. He had last been seen four hours earlier.
Marzzallino still was not found as of 9 p.m. last night, prompting a frantic search. Police were concerned because the child suffered from several cognitive disabilities.
