An ATM caught fire in a South Philadelphia bank this morning in what police are probing as a possible burglary.
The fire started about 5:40 a.m. at a Wells Fargo branch near the corner of Third Street and Oregon Avenue, CBS Philly reports.

It appears the would-be thief, or thieves, used a blowtorch in an attempt to break into the ATM, sparking the small fire. When that attempt failed, the burglar, or burglars, broke into the bank.
Nothing was stolen from the ATM or inside the bank, according to the report.
