On Monday police said the death of 25-year-old Megan Doto and her newborn baby girl was ruled a double homicide and offered a $40,000 reward - $20,000 each —for the arrest and conviction of their killer.
Doto, who was eight-months pregnant, died Sunday after she was hit in the face by a stray bullet while sitting on her front porch on the 1500 block of Adams Avenue.
Police said the bullet drifted from a shooting at the top of the block, in which Guisherd allegedly fired at least 10 rounds at a four-door, white vehicle.
Doctors performed an emergency C-section, and successfully delivered the baby girl, but she died shortly after.
Doto was due on Oct. 15, according to her Facebook page. She was also the mother of a 6 year old and a 4 year old.
