Police released video surveillance today which they say shows a man suspected of shooting another in Franklinville in March.

Police released video surveillance footage Monday which shows a man suspected of shooting another in Franklinville in March.

A 37-year-old man claims he was shot outside a local bar on the 3000 block of Germantown Avenue in the early morning hours of March 5.

After the victim left the bar and slipped into his car, the suspect approached and fired several shots through the driver-side window. The 37-year-old was struck three times in the arm and shoulder.

After fleeing on foot in an unknown direction, the suspect later returned to the scene of the crime wearing a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket with “Nike Air” in large white letters on the front shown in the surveillance video.
