Police released a sketch of the man believed to have posed as a city worker in January and stole money and human ashes from a Northeast Philadelphia home.

Police said accomplices robbed a 71-year-old man's safe as the bogus worker escorted the homeowner around his Bustleton home allegedly checking pipes and wires.

The bandits made off with $4,000 in cash, a $25,000 coin collection and the ashes of the homeowner's wife.
