Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help finding a missing man who suffers from dementia and anxiety.
Robert Jean-Louis went missing from the 1000 block of South 50th Street, in the city's Cedar Park neighborhood, on Tuesday. Police believe he could be in the area of 50th Street and Baltimore Avenue.
Jean-Louis, 63, is described as black, about 5-feet-10 and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white, collared dress shirt, navy pants, black dress shoes and black sunglasses, and he was carrying an olive briefcase.
