Philadelphia police have released a composite sketch of the suspect in a Holmesburg child abduction Tuesday morning.

The incident happened about 8:30 a.m. on the 8700 block of Marsden Street, police said.

The man forced the 15-year-old girl into his vehicle, drove her to the boat ramps at Delaware and Linden avenues, and slapped her. He then returned her to her neighborhood and fled the area.

The suspect was driving an older, blue two-door vehicle. The car had scratches on its side and leopard print covers on the front seats and steering wheel, according to police.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned white male with dirty blond hair, between 50 and 60 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and clean-shaven. He was wearing a black leather jacket, torn blue jeans and white and black Nike sneakers.
