Police seek two men in connection with East Flatbush shooting

Police have released a surveillance video of two men wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting at an East Flatbush house party that wounded nine people last weekend.

The shooting occurred shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday at 616 E. 52nd St., police said. Five victims were transported to Brookdale Hospital and two were taken to Kings County Hospital. Police also learned that a female victim walked into Methodist Hospital in stable condition and another female victim walked into Beth Israel Hospital in stable condition.

The victims were treated for various injuries, including gunshot wounds to the calf, foot, ankle, back and thigh.

The shooting is believed to have started after a person was either denied entry to the party or kicked out of the party, which sparked a dispute, according to police. [videoembed id=177749]

One person of interest is described as a black male in his 20s, about 6 feet tall and 200 lbs., wearing a white tank top. The second person of interest is described as a black male, with a slim build, wearing a white tank top and a baseball cap.
