New York – A Siena College poll on Thursday put Andrew Cuomo far ahead of GOP opponent Carl Paladino in the governor’s race. Cuomo led the poll 57 to 24 percent. It was a stark reversal from a Quinnipiac poll a day earlier that found Cuomo led Paladino by just 6 points.

Meanwhile, former Gov. Eliot Spitzer, who resigned after admitting to paying for sex with a hooker, said on CNN Thursday that, “behind the scenes,” Cuomo “is the dirtiest, nastiest political player out there.”
