BOSTON. Passage of an expanded gambling bill might be a foregone conclusion for many, but some regulations remain half-baked.
“I know something is going to happen,” state Rep. Matt Patrick said yesterday as the Senate took public testimony on its casino draft bill. He proposed increasing the $1 million allotted to combat gambling addiction to $10 million.
