President Barack Obama in New York City Tuesday, Sept. 18

As November election day inches closer, President Barack Obama will be back in his favorite fundraising territory the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 18 — the liberal-leaning, deep-pocketed island of Manhattan.

Obama is scheduled to arrive at JFK airport via Air Force One just after 3 p.m. tomorrow. He will attend campaign events in Manhattan, and then is scheduled to leave the city at about 11 p.m.

Tomorrow's visit will be Obama's 40th cash-grabbing trip to New York City in the past three years, and Obama has far out-fundraised Mitt Romney in The Big Apple.

The last time he was in New York City was the week of Aug. 20, when POTUS came for a fundraiser dinner at the Time Warner Center hosted by Michael Jordan. About 120 people attended and plates sold for $20,000 each.
