Reports: Bomb threat causes US Airways plane to land in Philadelphia

US Airways flight #723 flying from Ireland to Philadelphia has landed at the city's international airport after a bomb threat, several outlets are reporting.

Passengers are presently being escorted off the plane and airport officials said the plane and all luggage will be checked. The threat was called in by an unknown male, police said.

All other inbound flights to the Philadelphia International Airport are being delayed.

Police are joined by officials from the Homeland Security Joint Terrorism Task Force on the scene.
