The 19-year-old Saugus man who was wanted in connection with a rape of a minor has turned himself into police in Newburyport.
Rashad Deihim turned himself into police Saturday, after being the subject of a manhunt in connection to a violent sexual assault on a minor that took place in Saugus earlier this month, police said.

Deihim has been charged with intent to rape, kidnapping, indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or older and posing or exhibiting a child in a sexual act.
He is being held without bail and will be arraigned Monday in Lynn District Court, according to a statement from police.
