SEPTA passengers should expect 20- to 30-minute delays on most modes of public transportation Wednesday, officials said.
Spokeswoman Heather Redfern also said that bus Route 35, which winds through Manayunk, was suspended.
Trolley Route 101 was also suspended due to an overhead wire issue, Redfern said.
All Regional Rail lines are up and running, she added, but riders should expect delays of between 30 and 60 minutes.
She said the cold temperatures mixed with messy road conditions could cause delays for the rest of the day and into Thursday.
