SEPTA Transit Police officials are looking for the victim in an armed attack following a dispute on a bus in September.

Police Chief Thomas Nestel said today that the assault, which occurred around 10:45 a.m. on Sept. 18, began with a verbal assault between two men on the Route 23 bus.
The incident reached a boiling point when after both menexited near 12th and Wallace Streets in North Philadelphia and one pulled a gun on another.
The man who had the gun pulled on him is described as a black male in his mid-40s to mid-50s, and stands approximately 5’10” tall with a medium build.
The man who wielded the gun was taken into police custody, but not charges have been filed.
