Long Island police officers released a sketch yesterday of a woman they say was a victim of the Long Island serial killer.
Hers were one of 10 sets of remains found on barrier beaches in Long Island, which cops have connected to one killer.
Part of this woman’s remains were discovered on Ocean Parkway last April, and other remains were found on Blue Point Beach, in Fire Island, in April 1996, according to Suffolk County police.
Police found the victims’ remains during a search for Shannan Gilbert, a woman who disappeared in 2010, and whose remains police found last month.
