Snow summit on way?

City Councilor Ayanna Pressley called yesterday for a hearing to discuss creative solutions for snow removal, such as an online app to track snowplows.

“We learn a lot from our constituents,” said Pressley, estimating 70 to 80 percent of constituent calls fielded by the Council this winter were snow-related. “This is an opportunity to bring everyone together in one room to generate ideas.”

One East Boston business owner contacted Pressley’s office to suggest, “snow playgrounds” for sledding.
