Southie thief spreads ’em

BOSTON. A South Boston man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly stealing a pair of earrings and hiding them in a place where the sun doesn’t shine.
A saleswoman at The Jewelers’ Building was showing Adam Cassino, 24, a pair of earrings when she turned away, police said. When she returned she noticed the earrings were gone and Cassino left the store. Before long, he told police “he had secreted the earrings in his buttocks.”
