The Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed a bill that will remove three Traffic Court seats from the November ballot and transfer hearings to the Municipal Court.

The State House voted 117-81 Tuesday to eliminate the court as part of the state constitution.

That bill still requires approval in the next legislative session. It also will require approval by voters in a ballot referendum to amend the constitution.
