A man accused of exposing himself to a teenager on the subway left his arraignment with a free MetroCard yesterday, courtesy of the Dept. of Corrections policy to help him get home, the New York Post reported.
Daniel Barricella, 59, allegedly exposed himself and rubbed against a girl on an N train in Brooklyn. Anna Jiang, 17, snapped his picture. Police later accompanied her on the train and spotted Barricella.
