It looks like former Massachusetts house speaker Sal DiMasi isn’t going anywhere.

The jailed politician got some bad news on Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court released an order list that included his case among the scores of others that it denied to take up.

DiMasi, 68, was sentenced in 2011 to eight years in jail for corruption. A jury found him guilty after prosecutors said he took payments in exchange for helping to procurea multimillion-dollar software contract to the state.

He is serving his sentence in a federal prison in North Carolina. He is scheduled for release in November 2018, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
