The Occupy Wall Street protesters got a little support from Hollywood
this afternoon, when Susan Sarandon stopped by Zuccotti Park to give
them her support.
"It helps to focus on one thing to be accomplished," she told the
protesters, according to the Daily News. "Is everyone here registered to
vote? Are you having people sign petitions?"
Sarandon, who lives in New York City, stopped by before boarding a
flight to Italy. She is well know for her liberal activism, and is
currently filming a movie about Weather Underground.
Filmmaker Michael Moore stopped by to visit the protesters last night.
