BRONX – A man accused of a killing wouldn’t leave for his trial when handed dirty clothes to wear. Carlos Santos, on trial for murder, was two hours late to his court date after refusing to attend in dirty clothes. A Bronx Supreme Court judge ordered him to appear Tuesday in the unclean khakis.
