The cousin of former New England Patriots player and accused murderer Aaron Hernandez is due in Fall River Superior Court Thursday afternoon for a pre-trial conference, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's office.
Tanya Singleton, 37, has pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal contempt and conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact for allegedly helping Hernandez's "right-hand man" Ernest Wallace travel to Florida after the June killing of Odin Lloyd, 27, of Dorchester.
Prosecutors claim Singleton refused to testify before the grand jury hearing evidence in the case though she was offered immunity.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Lloyd's death. Wallace has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder after the fact.
Hernandez’s friend, Carlos Ortiz, 27, and fiancée Shayana Jenkins, 24, were both indicted in connection to the case.
Singleton is being held without bail.
