A teenager has been arrested in connection with the death of 16-year-old Iquan Williams, who was gunned down outside a birthday party in Brownsville last weekend.
Jahiem Spruill, 17,shot Williams in the head during a dispute outside a Prospect Place residence where the party was taking place, police said. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
Spruill, was arrested on Saturday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
