Authorities are asking for help to find a teenage girl and her baby daughter after they went missing from their Queens home.
Police said Leslie Ramales, 16, was last seen early Monday about 6 a.m. in front of a house on 47th Street, only half a mile from her own home in Corona.
Ramales had her 1-year-old daughter, Jayleen Ojeda, with her at the time.
Police describe Ramales as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds. She has a thin build and light complexion, with brown eyes and black hair.The teen mom also has a tattoo of her daughter's name on her left wrist.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about Ramales and her daughter to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or to submit tips online.
