An East Boston teen was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday for allegedly throwing her baby boy out of a second floor window moments after giving birth.
Eva Flores, 18, was charged with assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child, prosecutors said.
The baby is currently in the custody of the state.
