Teenage pizza boy charged in UWS rape case

A teenage pizza-delivery boy was arrested Saturday for allegedly raping an Upper West Side woman as she lay in bed next to her 7-year-old daughter.

The 16-year-old suspect, from the Bronx, delivered pizza to someone else in the building around 12:30 a.m. Saturday before entering the 35-year-old victim’s unlocked apartment, the New York Daily News reported.

The victim told the Daily News that she woke up with the suspect already on top of her, and that the whole thing took about 30 seconds.

Her daughter, asleep in bed beside her, never woke up.

The suspect, who reportedly told authorities that he was “feeling horny,” fled the scene.

But he was later tracked down at his place of employment, a pizza parlor in Hell’s Kitchen that is owned by his father, according to the New York Post.

Police have charged the suspect with both rape and burglary. He has been arrested before, according to the News, for robbing an apartment on W. 42nd Street.
