About 300 people rallied outside Temple Hospital Sunday to protest an arbitration dispute.
The hospital appealed an arbitration decision that required a terminated employee who allegedly sexually harassed a co-worker to be reinstated due to length of service.
Henry Nicholas, head of District 1199C, which represents health care workers, said, "This is a message: If you want peace, obey the contract."
Temple Hospital said in a statement: "Length of service should not shield employees from their responsibility."
