Don’t be alarmed when you see people jumping off of the Institute of Contemporary Art this weekend.
The museum will play host to the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series on Saturday.
It is the first time an urban building will be the take-off board.
A diving platform, about 85 feet above Boston Harbor, has been mounted on the roof of the Seaport building.
Boston is serving as the global tour’s sixth stop and only event in the United States.
Eleven divers from nine countries are competing in the seven events this year, according to organizers.
The competition is judged by five international jurors including four-time Olympic gold medalist Greg Louganis.
