A group of apparently thirsty thieves were busted by Norton police this week for allegedly taking hundreds of bottles of water from a Poland Spring delivery center.

A manager at the center called police to report two men trespassing on the Norton property on Thursday. Later, on Saturday night, an officer watched two men enter the property and arrested them, according to The Sun Chronicle.

Jason Nordberg, 33, of Attleboro, and Aaron Fortes, 19, of Rehoboth, were arrested for trespassing.

An investigation led to police charging those two men, in addition to Brian Mallet, 26, and Christopher Monaco, 33, both of Mansfield, with larceny for stealing more than 200 bottles of water.

Police said Monaco is a former employee of the company and has been charged with stealing bottles three times in the last three years.
