Attorney Jonathan Cohen also filed a lawsuit, on behalf of Linda Bell, who was shopping in the Salvation Army thrift store when the building collapsed.
The building owner, Richard Basciano, and his company STB Investments Corp. are listed as defendants, as is Griffin Campbell and his construction firm Griffin Campbell. Equipment operator Sean Benschop and S&R Contracting, Inc., of Philadelphia, which subcontracted the demolition to Campbell, were also named in the new fillings.
