Tim Tebow will be officially unveiled as a Jet Monday during a team press conference at noon, but the evangelical QB has already gotten a taste of what Manhattan has to offer.

That is, if attending a Saturday night showing of “Wicked” is your definition of being naughty.

The newest Jet took in the Broadway show after arriving in town Thursday. And if he’s looking for a church on Sunday mornings, several have already come a’courtin’: The minister of Life Christian Church in West Orange, N.J., offered him an invitation to attend and Christian City Church in Midtown also said they want him as a member.

“It would just be wonderful to have him,” church member Anthony Cecutti told the Wall Street Journal.

Tebow has already scouted out homes in Morristown, N.J. and the mayor, Tim Dougherty, offered the quarterback a tour, saying the quaint, white-picket-fence hamlet might be a perfect place for Tebow to call home, as opposed to the island of Manhattan.

FOX Sports, citing an anonymous source, said Jets officials are actually encouraging Tebow to live in New Jersey, far from the temptations of the city that never sleeps.

“The team will encourage Tebow to live in New Jersey near the practice facility,” said the source. “They are not going to want him to be influenced and distracted in the city.”

If Saturday night is any indication, Tebow, who is a devout Christian, teetotaler and virgin, will be pursuing good, clean fun when he crosses the river. If the team stops by Jay-Z’s 40/40 club, he can order sparkling cider, which workers promised to keep on hand for him. And Brother Jimmy’s BBQ created a “No Sex on the Beach” drink in his honor, a virgin version of the original.

At the Carnegie Deli, sandwich makers will unveil the “Jetbow” sandwich tomorrow. This is the first time in 55 years of business, that Carnegie Deli, the Big Apple institution, has served a sandwich made with mayonnaise and white bread, instead of the traditional rye.

“It’s because Tim Tebow is the all-American boy, very righteous,” owner Sandy Levine told Metro. “He’s been a model child of America, and everybody knows white bread and mayonnaise throughout America.”

And Levine, a Brooklyn native who has run the deli for 20 years, said he think clean-cut Tebow will fit in “just fine” in New York City.

“He’s the perfect match – he will bring a great, clean image to New York and especially to the Jets.”

Other Jets behaving badly

Tebow is joining a team of players who haven’t always been known for being on their best behavior.

Last year, quarterback Mark Sanchez was accused of having a liaison with a 17-year-old Connecticut high schooler. She later boasted of the hook-up on Facebook and posted photos of his bedroom. In 2010, the Jets gave cornerback Antonio Cromartie $500,000 of his salary to clear up outstanding paternity payments for his seven children — by six different women.

NYC a tough place for clean living

Dr. Arnold Washton, an addiction psychologist and director of Recovery Options of New York and New Jersey, said that New York can be a tough place to live a clean and sober life.

“There’s no shortage of alcohol and drugs, especially among the rich and famous,” he said. But, he added, “There’s more to do in New York City without getting drunk or high than just about anywhere else on the planet. Tebow should have no problem living a clean and sober lifestyle here, if that’s what he’s determined to do.”
