Transit Police investigate death of man hit by Orange Line train

Transit Police are investigating the death of a 53-year-old man who was killed Saturday by an Orange Line train at Jackson Square station.

Transit Police are investigating the death of a 53-year-old man who was killed Saturday by an MBTA Orange Line train at Jackson Square station.

Police initially said they did not suspect foul play, but on Monday released an update saying they were looking into what caused Gregory Vincent, of Medford, to be struck by the southbound train.

Vincent was on the Right of Way tracks, police said, at 11:07 p.m. when he was killed.
