Two men invaded a North Philadelphia home Sunday and stole electronics, money and supplies for a Memorial Day cookout, police said.
As a woman, her husband and her mother walked into her home, on the 2500 block of N. 5th street, she felt a gun pointed at the back of her head. The three were forced inside and on the ground as the two men raided their home, police said.
The two men stole prescription medication, $5,000 from the husband's income tax refund, a flat-screen TV, jewelry, and two smart phones, among others, police said.
Food and drinks that were meant for a Memorial Day cookout were also taken.
No one was injured.
