An elderly man was found dead late Monday in what authorities believe was a murder and his nephew is now facing charges in the death.
Harold Maxwell, 34, of Cambridge was expected to be arraigned in court on Wednesday to answer to the murder charge, authorities said. Maxwell allegedly killed his uncle, 73-year-old Jesse Maxwell.

The elder Maxwell was found by Cambridge police inside an apartment at 243 Broadway. Officers were called to the apartment just before midnight, but authorities did not say why.
When officers arrived they found Maxwell suffering from severe injuries. He was later pronounced dead.
Harold Maxwell was arrested later Tuesday without incident, authorities said.
