A man was murdered by the occupants of a car, after the car first struck him, in what may have been a targeted attack.
The victim, who has not been identified, was found dead near the 4700 block of Ramona Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, NBC reported.
The incident reportedly occurred around 8:30 p.m. Saturday night.
The victim, reportedly in his 30s, was hit by a black Honda Civic.
Then, the car stopped, while someone got out and shot the man several times. He died at the scene.
The car drove away and was found a few blocks away, set on fire.
Police are still seeking the suspect.
