Video: Boston bar faces hearing for patron who jumped off roof

The Atlantic Beer Garden is before the city's Licensing Board today after a man jumped from the building in to the harbor.

A Seaport bar was scheduled to face the city's Licensing Board this morning after a patron jumped off of the bar's roof and into the harbor.

The Atlantic Beer Garden was scheduled for a "Premise Violation Hearing" at 10 a.m. this morning, according to the board's agenda.

The agenda states that an unruly patron jumped off the roof and in to the water leading to concerns about a hazardous condition.

Video of the June 18 incident was posted on YouTube and shows the man holding a fake Stanley Cup before running and jumping in to the water. The incident happened the day of the Bruins' victory parade.

Another video shows the man pleasing the crowd's desire for more and he does what appears to be a painful belly flop back in to the water from a nearby parking lot. He is helped out of the water by a friend and then uses what looks like a Bruins rally towel to dry his face off.
