Police are looking for two suspects involved in a botched burglary at a Germantown pharmacy.

The incident happened Thanksgiving Day around 3 p.m. at Healing Pharmacy on 109 W. Chelten Avenue.

Surveillance video shows one of the suspects breaking in through the roof. He immediately went to a supply of pills and began stuffing them in a black backpack. After several unsuccessful attempts to get out, the suspect ditches the backpack and a white hardhat and flees back through the roof.

Police said the hardhat had "Perryman Building and Construction" written on the front in red letters, and the initials D.A. written on the inside in marker.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 30-40 years-of-age, medium build, with a bald head, black pointed beard, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants and white sneakers. The second suspect is described as a black male, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and sneakers.

Anyone with information about the crime or the suspect is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS (8477) or text a tip to PPD TIP or 773847.
