VIDEO: Person of interest sought in Brooklyn rapes

The NYPD is requesting the public's assistance in finding a person seen on surveillance camera with the alleged suspect in three recent Brooklyn rapes.

Cops are looking for another person of interest in their investigation into three recent rapes in Brooklyn.

The NYPD has provided surveillance video showing the suspect chatting with the person of interest at the B12 at Albany Avenue and Rutland Road.

The conversation took place just before the third incident, when the suspect reportedly raped a 15-year-old girl in a building in Lefferts Gardens on April 11 at 8:15 p.m.

In the video, the person of interest is wearing light-colored pants, a light-colored jacket and a baseball cap.

Police estimate he is about 5-foot-10, 160 to 180 pounds and in his 20s.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect or the person of interest is urged to call the NYPD's Crimestoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). All calls are confidential.
