Police released surveillance footage Wednesday showing the suspect in an incident where tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry were stolen from a man's car parked outside a Cash 4 Gold store.
Previous reports stated that more than $100,000 worth of gold was inside the duffel stolen from the victim's car around noon on Sept. 2.
But police now say it was $66,000 of jewelry.
After the victim left his vehicle parked near the intersection of 52nd and Market streets, the suspect, who had been circling the area on a bike, approached the vehicle, smashed the front passenger window and grabbed a blue duffel bag, containing the jewelry, before fleeing.
Surveillance cameras at nearby fast-food restaurant caught the suspect biking around the intersection.
The cameras only caught the robbery happening from afar.
Cameras allegedly caught the same suspect biking north on 52nd Street holding the blue duffel bag.
A second male who spoke to the victim and was seen biking away from the scene after the robbery is considered an accomplice and also wanted by police.
