Police are looking for a man caught on camera burglarizing an apartment building at 360 E. Tulpehocken St. in East Germantown.

Philadelphia police are looking for a man caught on camera burglarizing an East Germantown apartment building between 12:15 a.m. Aug. 29 and 4 p.m. Aug. 30.

investigators said an unknown man was captured on surveillance video gaining entrance to the apartment building located at 360 E. Tulpehocken St.

There, he allegedly burglarized an apartment, stealing a 40-inch Apex flat screen television and an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

He is described as a stocky, 6-foot to 6-foot-3-inch tall black male in his late 20s to early 30s with a bald head and full beard.

The suspect was last seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt with dark writing on the left chest and back, light-colored pants and black sneakers.
