Today police released surveillance video of the car believed to be involved in the hit-and-run in Southwest Philadelphia on Monday.
The vehicle, a red sedan, is believed to have hit Leslie Smith, 60, around 6 p.m. Monday as he crossed Lindberg Boulevard
Police said the car is missing a front right hubcap and most likely have visible damage to the hood. The windshield may also be damaged.
