A car crash in Wellesley sent one driver to the hospital and another to jail.
The Friday morning crash occurred at about 8:45 a.m. at State and Washington streets, police said. It was recorded by a traffic camera.
The driver of an SUV was coming from the parking lot of a nearby Whole Foods when it went partially airborne and sped over some shrubs, a sidewalk and a small patch of grass before crashing into the side of a car stopped at a traffic light.
Police said the driver of other car was taken to a hospital and suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the SUV was arrested at the scene on various charges including operating to endanger, operating under the influence of liquor and drugs and drug possession.
