Philadelphia police released surveillance footage showing a young woman accused of stealing jewelry and clothing from a home on West Tulpehocken Street.
Philadelphia police on Thursday released surveillance footage of a young woman accused of stealing jewelry and clothing from a Germantown home Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said a 27-year-old woman around 1 p.m. returned to her house on the 200 block of West Tulpehocken Street to find an unknown female on the residence's second floor and her bedroom in a state of disarray.
The unknown woman allegedly fled the home with two gold rings, one sterling silver ring, one white gold ring and assorted clothing.
The suspect is described as a black female between the ages of 15 and 18.
She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, black shorts and black and pink sneakers with pink laces.
